History: Ash grew up on taku with his best freind marty.  They are always together.  Their relationship is like brothers.  Ash and marty joined the rebelion to help fight against eggman.

History: Marty grew up with ash as his best friend.  He has helped ash through ruff times in his life.  Marty may appear heartless but at times he shows he cares.  He has no family to call his own because they were turned into robots by eggman.  People say thats what made him so angry all the time.  So he joined ash and helped the rebelion.
